You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an unworn and unwashed product with its original label. It must be returned in its original packaging and with any goodies included.

RETURN

To proceed with the return of your item, contact us here and we will send you a return label (the return costs are at our expense). Then put the item into the original packaging and stick the label on it. All you have to do is drop it off at your post office. Upon approval, the refund will be issued using the original form of payment within one week. You will be informed of the confirmation of the refund by email.

 

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item, contact us here specifying the name of the new model desired, its size and color as well as your order number. We will send you a return label (the return costs are our responsibility). Then put the item to be exchanged into the original packaging and stick the label on it. All you have to do is drop it off at your post office. After receipt, we will send you the new desired item within 2-4 days.
