Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an unworn, unwashed item with its original label. It must be returned in its original packaging and with any goodies included.

REFUND

 

Returning your item is simple. Just follow these steps:
1- Click on the profile icon (top right of the home page) or here.
2- Log in to your LEITA Paris account by entering your e-mail address, then click on continue.
3- Enter the verification code sent by e-mail.
4- Once logged in, click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
5- If your order contains several items, select the ones you wish to return.
6- Click on Request a return. Once the request has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions and a return label.
7 - Once the product has been received, you will receive a refund (approx. 1 week).

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the returns procedure described above and place a new order.

We will bear the cost of returning the item to you within metropolitan France.
